WTF did I just read? Is Elon paying you to write this drivel? No, the people getting laid off are a mixture of remote and in office workers. Tech companies completely over hired and were stupid enough to think the boom years would continue unabated. That's why they are laying off. For example, Amazon has hired something like 25k workers this year alone, but laid off 10k workers in their corporate offices. Still a net gain of 15k workers and most of them have the option to work from home. Your arguments about working in the office are specious at best.
