When it gets to the SCOTUS I think it will be a 5-4 split in favor of not picking up this case (or if Thomas decides to pick it up, they will not rule in Trump's favor). You know why? Most of these justices will be around far longer than Trump. I give Trump 8-10 years of life left. He's obese and eats a horrible diet. I'm surprised he's made it this long.
