Well just like "Casual Fridays" that started to permeate the workplace in the 1990s, we are all mostly going to work in jeans and running shoes, remote work will become common place. My place of employment, which was a staunch anti-remote work place, has decided to allow two days a week for remote work. They don't say why, but the writing was on the wall. Women were going to quit in droves. Productivity was up substantially. Plus, it saves them money and that affects the bottom line. Baby steps...
