We are going to find out how accurate polls are real soon. This could be the end of them or a shiny new beginning. As we are finding out in the political betting markets, they can and are manipulated. Americans hate voting for a loser and will jump on the winning bandwagon.


Having said that I’ve resigned myself to the fact that slightly less than half of us want an authoritarian regime and it looks like they might get one. If this is the “will of the people “ bring it on. Bring on the chaos. The incompetence. The racism. The grift. All of it because you know why? People have short memories. Just four years ago the resoundingly voted the orange jesus out of office for a reason. It’s very likely they will have buyers remorse in a couple of years.
