The number one reason people don't want to work in an office is the commute. You are never going to get rid of that unless you work from home. As proven by Microsoft, Google and Apple, you can build the most luxurious offices in the world and unless you can walk to work, people would rather just stay home and work. Unfortunately most offices are a nightmare with open office plans, cramped conference rooms and lines at the bathrooms (in the case of Amazon). Corporations are on the losing end of this as soon as the economy turns around...
