This was my father. He was divorced decades before he died but from the age of about 60 until 82 he barely did anything. Laid on the couch and looked at his phone. Couldn’t get him to do anything no matter how much I cajoled him. His weight went up and diabetes and knee problems and so and so on. It was so frustrating. Are you sure he’s not depressed?
