This is some of the most hilarious shit I've ever read on Medium! Some women have lower standards and let shit slide and some women can't stand it and end up divorced. Not all men are created equal, I think I fall into the same category as Annie's husband and for many years my wife didn't appreciate it. She wanted go, go, go all the time. Boring wasn't allowed and it impacted our marriage and after much counseling and a couple of kids, she has calmed down to the point where we are more respectful of each other's needs. 28 years later... The thing about marriage that people settle for all kinds of shit to have a lifelong partner. Could I have found someone more compatible? Sure! But not sure I would've ever found that person... sometimes you have to play with the cards you've been dealt.
