This is simply not true. At the federal level between gerrymandering and the idiotic electoral college we are not represented by our vote. The senate was made up to represent rural voters interests so small states have a greater say in this country. Gerrymandering permeates even at the state senate level. This is why you have so many state senate running amok with republican majority and democrat governors. Talk to me when gerrymandering is gone.
