This is a great idea, but will never happen. Not only do the Red states want to control everything but they also know that they could never survive without suck at the teat of the Blue states. They want it both ways. Blue state money and Blue state control. But once they get their way this whole thing falls apart. The economy crashes. Then what? They got nothing.
