Thanks for the great article! I think many of us felt the same way. The CDC basically said the mask mandate is over which makes people think the pandemic is over. It’s not, obviously. The big drivers for this are the summer season (harder to spread) and relatively large amounts of people getting vaccines. Some areas of this country could be in for a rude awakening next fall when we all go back indoors
