Spot on. The difference between most Russians and Trumpists is that Trumpism has become a cult/religion. I don’t think it’s fascist in that way. It’s more of a holy crusade. Like born again Christians. There is no other way. It’s whatever they decide is right or wrong even if it is contradictory internally.

I have a brother like yours. I haven’t talked much with him in years. Which is sad we used to be so close. My mother and sister barely talk to him either. He’s just like your brother. Even when we did talk he would always get just tell us how stupid we were and how we didn’t see the truth. It’s so sad they can’t even step away from themselves and look at their position objectively.
