Which I am all in favor of. It's the Star Trek Next Generation model. Good AI combined with clean energy and robots doing our dirty work. People may say, all the money will go to the very rich and that is a dark side of all this. Elon Musk may end up with all the money and power and just have armies of people working for him, but not unless we have strong central government to manage it all and spread the wealth around instead of accumulating it in a few people's pockets.

My theory as time goes on that governments will become less and less in charge of things. Everything will become more distributed and less under the control of humans.

I am optimistic. I try and tell my college age kids things will be all right and don't let the short term setbacks prevent you from seeing the long term future.
