SCOTUS is completely overreaching now. They are hoping for two steps forward and one back. Making incremental gains. But they got dealt a perfect hand with Trump. A royal flush so to speak. Something that won’t happen in a hundred or more years. All it takes is Alito and Thomas to fall over dead from a heart attack and liberal are back in majority. It’s coming. They can’t keep packing the courts.

In another vein, this overreach will end badly for MAGA. Their worst nightmare will come true. The electorate will remember this in 18 months. Count on it.
