Putting Trump as the Speaker of the House would likely go to the supreme court and he would lose. He would be speaker of the house in name only and be not third in line. That would piss off even the most conservative of the supreme court that a non elected person could be President. Not going to happen. But, will they win the House? Most likely but still not 100% sure and we don't know how close the advantage would be, so it might be moot point if they hold the house by a seat or two. The Senate is still a far reach for those nut jobs and it seems like McConnell isn't playing nice with Trump. So, most likely we will have the GQP running the House and holding endless hearings to prove that Trump won in 2020 while the Senate goes their own way and Biden will push his agenda but nothing will happen until the 2024 election. January 6th 2025 is going to be a very interesting day because Trump will likely lose the election but "steal" it from Biden. I'm digging a bunker right now...
