Personally I hate working in the office. I’m ADD and can’t do one thing at a time which means working and looking at the news or watching a YouTube video (I’m a software engineer). When I was last in the office this caused problems because management didn’t want to see any non work related stuff on my monitor as they walked by. I seriously asked them if I was getting my work done? They didn’t care. I also hated open office with low cubicles. Everyone put headphones on to cancel out the constant noise.

Anyway corporations are losing the remote work wars. After issuing many return orders overall the trend is to allow remote work. It will accelerate as greedy corporations realize how much money it saves them.
