Ok let’s back things up a bit. Unlike the last 1/6 Trump will not be in control. Washington DC will be an armed camp especially if Harris is elected. So there won’t be another mini insurrection.

Number 2. You are right about the judges. Biden has had four years in office appointing over two hundred judges a similar number to Trump pretty much nullifying the Trump judge effect.

But I don’t trust the states to do the right thing. I very much doubt that we will have a clean electoral college. Trump is hoping the will sow enough chaos to make MAGA turn out and riot. But see point one.

At the end of the day I don’t see Biden and Harris giving up power until it’s settled fair and square
