Ok I’m a 60 year old coder. The author is showing a bias towards the tech sector because where I’ve been the last ten years or so has been in retail and the healthcare sectors where hiring older people is encouraged more. I’m not saying it’s a haven for older workers but I see a lot of gray hair on my teams. But I also want to say this is such a poorly written article I’m not sure why it’s getting distributed
