Not completely true. He went to North Carolina and California to inspect storm/fire damage. He seemed boldly presidential in California and didn’t say anything awful about the whole thing especially about Newsom. Also he did fly to Florida Sunday and played a round at Doral. But I agree he is not the normal Trump. Oddly more mature and seemingly in control.
