Not as long as we live in the hyper-politized Foxified political environment (Ok MSNBC also has a part in this too). This country will be stuck in low gear still using a 250 year old form of government that barely functions today and hardly represents the majority of people. I like to remind people that if we can't get rid of the penny, how can you expect us to make any changes like this.
