No democrat in their right mind is going to embrace Liz Cheney. It’s simply not going to happen. She’s going to form a third-party to go against Trump. There’s too many super rich people in the donor class that have a vested interest in seeing the work that Dick Cheney started years ago in the defense industry continuing on today. She has high ambitions to run for president someday. Spoil Trump’s chances in 2024 and in 2028 she’ll have a real shot. The other wildcard is Trump. Who knows if he’s going to just keel over and die or if he’ll be in prison by 2024, leaving a power vacuum that she could fill. But Democrats are not going to embrace her.
