I’m sure many others have pointed out. It’s eleven months before the election. Obama was 11 points down 4 months before the election. Biden hasn’t even started campaigning yet. Plus disapproval rating doesn’t mean people won’t vote for him. Trumps rating is even worse than Biden’s.
