I'm sorry, they were already offshoring jobs to the tune of millions of jobs. if they could find all the hot shot software devs in India or where ever they would've done it already. Location should be agnostic for pay in a particular country. Who cares where you actually plant your ass. If they can afford you in Palo Alto, they can afford you Indianapolis.
