I write in several different areas. I only have 30 something published through publications. Since I started only a few of my political articles did well. Rarely picked up for distribution. While my articles on business and outer space stuff go viral. I honestly think Medium want to de-emphasize political articles for most writers. I say most because clearly some people do pretty good with them.
