I work with a woman on my team (we are all remote data analytics types) I started this full time job almost two years ago and I mostly love it. Low key and if were a few year younger I would take on a second job. Anyway I got suspicious about this woman because she or her kid was sick ALL THE TIME. Between doctors appointments and other school activities she seems like a part time employee. (This is a common cover for over employment ) I went to LinkedIn and looked her up and like most over employed people have a very minimal profile. Dug a little deeper and saw an announcement from another employer welcoming her aboard their company. Bingo. I never reported it or anything. Not my business. But if you know what to look for the signs are obvious
