I forgot about the public paid toilets.

…nowhere to use the restroom without paying for it, and even those places are few and far between. 

It's a great environment for certain types of disability, but for those with heart conditions, bladder conditions, menstrual problems, mobility issues, etc , Europe is a nightmare.

I forgot about the public paid toilets. Even in the USA it’s easy to find a free toilet. I was just visiting Japan and my god free and clean public restrooms everywhere.
