I don’t know shit about productivity at a company wide view. I said, my company said our productivity was off the charts. I don’t manage people but that is irrelevant. I was talking about my productivity. Let me guess, you are one of those micro managers that loves to see their employees everyday sitting and typing away on their work in their cubicles.
