Exactly this. I think this is why democrats have lost so many people. People hate it when you preach to them about what is right or wrong. My kids do it to me and call me a Boomer. (I’m a little to young to be a Boomer but whatever I’m old in their eyes.) it pisses me off because how dare you tell me that I’m not liberal enough or don’t know what I’m talking about.

Democrats are the worst a messaging. People demand reality TV sized sound bites with appropriate messaging and maybe hats and tshirts. When they don’t get it they go towards the shiny object because we are all ADD now.
