Exactly because contrary to popular belief we still don't have a single shred of physical or digital evidence that aliens have or are currently visiting us. This new "bombshell" report will probably produce more questions than it answers. Probably offering very little in the way of tangible evidence. The Drake equation almost certain shows that aliens are out there. I also agree if that aliens can travel interstellar distances their technology would be akin to magic. Clarke's third law says "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." But the answer is why would they be hiding from us if that's the case? But still no real evidence exists.
