Everyone looks at their phones, including the right wing god king, Donald Trump. Blaming phones for people not wanting to work is a dog barking up the wrong tree. The issue is quality of work and compensation. When a country is failing their citizens by not having a safety net and forcing companies to pay a living wage, you get quiet quitting where nobody wants to work. Trickledown economics didn't work.
