Demographics are a bitch and unfortunately, the idiots on the right have exploited the system from gerrymandering, to the senate to race baiting, immigrants to keep the white population scared and voting. Donald Trump is their last hurrah because the demographics switch to a brown majority is just a short time away. Sometime in the next 10 years the momentum will flip and definitely in about 20 years whites will be a clear minority. Donald Trump just panders to these fears that all brown people are criminals and dirty immigrants. Eventually, Fox News will whither away as their boomer audience dies out. But it's going to be a messy transition.
