Dead on accurate take on what these oligarchs want to do with their cash. There is no money to be made on Mars. Musk is never really going to do this in any meaningful way. The real riches are in mining the moon or the asteroids and/or just controlling access to space. Unless someone can figure out a way to make a ton of money outside low earth orbit we’ll never send humans away earth for permanent habitation.
