ChatGPT is good at giving you a start, outlines or writing prompts at least from me goofing around with it almost nonstop since it came out a couple of weeks ago. Right now we can outsmart it or see how deficient it is in writing essays, fiction or whatever creative fiction you can think of. But that won't last forever.

What's going to end up happening is that homework is essentially over for any kid that knows how to type. ChatGPT can pretty much do any homework now. Maybe that is a great thing! Homework is a complete waste of time in my humble opinion, especially the way that American schools seem to dole out homework to children with no concern for their personal time.

The answer for teachers to to make students do these tasks in the classroom without ChatGPT right in front of them at home. Problem solved.
