Bad and good times ebb and flow. Remember it's been less than 100 years since "modern medicine" has been around. It will keep us alive and healthy a lot longer than you think. My mother still tells stories of the riots and burning of Washington DC in the 1960s, she thought between the cold war and the Vietnam war and inflation we were all screwed. Guess what she is 81 and still active and retired in Arizona. I am 20 years behind her and I don't things will get bad here no matter how much doom and gloom people spew because destruction porn gets people to read. I'm going to retire around age 65, sell our house (not paid off, but worth millions so plenty of cushion) and move to California and retire in the sun and live another 20+ years. And everything will be alright...
