As a software engineer I call bullshit on this whole story. Nobody picks 60 resumes and just starts interviews. You pick the most qualified and go down the list. I know a lot of people lie on their resumes so I know interviewers can go through a lot of first round interviews. I’m not sure where in the works you are that pays 30k. What currency is this? Nowhere in North America or Europe would pay thus little for those qualifications
