A few tweaks if I may. Get rid of the electoral college. The Senate also needs to go. It gives small states too much power. Gerrymandering goes. Two party system, gone. We need representative democracy and a parliamentary system where multiple parties negotiate. Remove the cap on the size of congress. And stop giving the president so much power.
